Bolt's my favorite because of the Stun status chance and I love to stun-Djinni kill enemies a lot. |

Mine is Chasm because it can alleviate enemy damage giving my team time to recuperate. |

I like Flint and Pewter. Flint is like a story telling grandpa and Pewter has some serious sass. (Plus they're adorable cx) |

Chasm, hands down best defensive Djinn, even if it's for the turn that he's used. I also find Shade to be a good defensive Djinn. Offensively, Serac's pretty cool. Edited by Alice T., Nov 5 2015, 10:49 AM.

Hard to pick one though. For TLA, it'd be Blitz, Shine, Geode, and Serac, in terms of sounds/visuals anyway. |

Gravity is my Djinni of choice. I always loved Gravity, and holding down foes, while not amazing, is a pretty fun tactic. |

If I had to pick an absolute favourite, it'd be Flash just for how useful it is. Other good ones include Ground and Kite from the first game, and Spring and Cannon from The Lost Age. Ground and Kite can be used really strategically if you don't want to just spam summons. Kite is useful to put on your healer character so if they have a chance where they don't need to heal, you can use kite to give your main attackers an extra turn. Ground can be used really well since it's a priority move, meaning it always goes first, and it's 100% success rate on every foe in the game. This can be used to stall an enemy to cure poison during your turn, or to put other useful djinn back on set such as Kite and Flash. Of course this mostly only applies in challenge runs where you only have 2 or 3 characters. Spring is often seen as a less effective way of healing than items or psynergy, but its key advantage is that it's a priority move. If a fighter is about to be knocked out on the next turn, you can always heal them first if you use Spring. This applies to Breath as well. Cannon is useful less from a tactical standpoint, but more because it can be a ridiculously powerful attack in regular battles. It makes scoring the elemental Djinn knockout pretty easy, and a lot of enemies in both games require Fire Djinn for the exp boost. Never played Dark Dawn, but from what I understand it uses most of the same djinn anyways. Edited by PekoTAS, Jan 20 2016, 03:19 AM.

There are several of them. If you mean barrier djinn, its Granite, Flash and Shade. Chasm is added in the 3rd one, but flash is no longer usable by the player characters. |

Fugue, in DD it was swinging on a coconut and just seemed so happy and adorable. 10/10 would go to beach with and play with it, stealing its coconut. |
