Hey guys, I have made a crazy slow return to these recipes. With being busy with college, I haven't been working on these as much as I'd like. But hey, what's better to start back up my monthly recipes than one I made myself?

You've already most likely heard of the game Undertale and are probably sick of hearing it. But too bad, if you clicked the recipe despite it reading Undertale to read this recipe, you're gonna have to leave or bear with me.

If you've played the game, you probably know about Toriel's Butterscotch Cinnamon pie. One slice of this pie is enough to fully restore your health and the scent is enough slow down Asgore's relentless attacks and bring him to his senses in a neutral run. Many have worked on their own recipes before me, but I made a whirl at it myself. I made a mistake in texture, but I think I have the solution.

Let's make Goat Mom proud.

Ingredients

1 bag of Butterscotch morsels

2 tsp Ground cinnamon

1/2 packet of unflavored gelatin

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Pie crust

1) Follow the instructions of your pie crust for baking. Bake the crust until golden brown and remove. Set aside.

2) Melt the butterscotch with the cinnamon, stirring regularly. Meanwhile bloom the half packet of gelatin in water, about 3/4 table spoons.

3) Heat the whipping cream and throw in the gelatin until it is dissolved. Remove from heat and whip with a whisk or hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

4) Add butterscotch cinnamon mix to whipped cream and fold until uniform in color.

5) Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Place in fridge or freezer to solidify.

And there you go, a (hopefully) decent butterscotch Cinnamon pie that won't fall apart!

Oh wow, that looks yum! I did a makeshift one awhile back with butterscotch pudding and whipped cream, it was pretty good, but I've wanted to do a more traditional one sometime.
