A ridiculous question but what do you reckon? The Earth's area is 510.1 million km2/196.9 million Mi2 |

I'm not gonna lie, I don't think there's any way to solve this one. Most comparisons like this have something to work off of, but not only do we not know the dimensions of any of the objects, we also know that the world map is not to scale with Isaac/Felix. There is a single plausible way I could think of, however. If we can guess how big Isaac/Felix would be in real life, then compare that to the winged ship when it's docked in Contigo, THEN using that measurement as a guide use the winged ship on the overworld and compare it that way, it might be possible. But even then, the ship might not be to scale in the overworld either... I don't really think we can do this one... |

Yeah definitely don't think anything in the overworld is to scale, it's most likely just a visual representation for the players. |

I'm not even sure some of the locations that you enter are truly to scale either. I always imagined many of the villages and towns are just scaled down versions, representative of what it would look like. Seems difficult to really find the scale of Weyard. |

Time for some truly useless data. I scaled down the Earth's radius, linear speed and angular speed and then raised the mass until a calculator spit out 9.8 N in centrifugal force. The scaling was 100 billion. The mass was something like 3778 times less than Earth. And actually the radius turned out to be smaller than paper's thickness. So perhaps Weyard is really small, microscopically small. |

If you really want to get convoluted, then use Link's height and weight as calculated from Legend of Zelda, then compare his hidden sprite form to Isaac's to get Isaac's height and weight, then use that as a measurement for everything else. :P |

Weyard is essentially based on earth. I'd say at its peak, it has the same area. However... Weyard is not at its peak. It'd been eroding away for quite some time. At the time of the GBA games, I'm guessing it's lost 20% of its size maybe? That slowly should starting growing back to normal after TLA, though. |

Weyard is also flat. The Earth is a sphere. That's not going to make any comparison easy. But consider the fact that no great amount of time is mentioned to have taken place. In fact, the passage of time is generally ignored, and a lot of the games take place just walking from place to place. Walking is not the fastest mode of transportation and I sure as hell wouldn't want to walk across something like the Arabian or Saharan deserts or the North Pole like they do in the game. I suspect Weyard isn't overly big to be honest. It might be, but who can honestly say. I doubt our adepts were spending years trying to prevent from being lit/lighting the Lighthouses. Maybe a year total?
